Soms komt het voor dat Vortza niet verschijnt na de authenticatie met Strava. Je zult dan na het Strava inlogscherm een wit scherm zien met een laadicoon wat continu draait. In dit geval kan je telefoon geen verbinding maken met de Vortza servers. Dit gedrag is helaas afhankelijk van je telefoon en heeft niet met de Vortza app te maken. Om dit op te lossen kun je de volgende stappen doorlopen. Wees gerust, ten alle tijde zal je data op de Vortza servers blijven staan en hoe je niks opnieuw in te stellen wanneer je de app weer bruikbaar is.
Bij het gebruik van een iPhone:
- Ga naar je telefoon instellingen en klik op 'algemeen'.
- Kies 'iPhone-opslag' en klik op de Vortza app.
- Kies "Verwijder app", herstart je telefoon en herinstalleer de Vortza app.
Bij het gebruik van een Android telefoon:
- Ga naar je telefoon instellingen en klik op "Apps".
- Zoek en klik op de Vortza app.
- Kies "Opslag en cache" en klik "Opslag wissen".

Sometimes it happens that Vortza does not appear after authenticating with Strava. You will then see a white screen with a loading icon that keeps spinning after the Strava login screen. In this case, your phone is unable to connect to the Vortza servers. Unfortunately, this behavior depends on your phone and is not related to the Vortza app. To resolve this, you can follow these steps. Rest assured, your data will always remain on the Vortza servers, and you won't need to reset anything when the app becomes usable again.
For iPhone users:
- Go to your phone settings and click on 'General.'
- Choose 'iPhone Storage' and click on the Vortza app.
- Select "Delete App," restart your phone, and re-install the Vortza app.
For Android phone users:
- Go to your phone settings and click on "Apps."
- Find and click on the Vortza app.
- Choose "Storage & cache" and click "Clear storage."
