Momenteel kun je elke fitnesstracker gebruiken die beschikbaar is met hartslag- en gps-tracking (bijv. Garmin, Apple Watch, Coros, Polar etc.). De goedkoopste manier om Vortza te gaan gebruiken, is door een hartslagsensor rechtstreeks op Strava aan te sluiten.

Voor optimaal gebruik van de Vortza trainingen adviseren wij het gebruik van een Garmin horloge. De Vortza-trainingen worden automatisch gesynchroniseerd met je Garmin-agenda, vanwaar je de training eenvoudig op je horloge kunt starten.

Currently, you can use every fitness tracker available with heartrate and gps tracking included (e.g. Garmin, Apple Watch, Coros, Polar etc.). The least expensive method to start using Vortza is to connect a heart rate sensor directly to Strava.

For optimal use of the Vortza workouts, we recommend using a Garmin watch. The Vortza workouts will be synced automatically to your Garmin Calendar from which you can start your workout easily on your watch.
